What is Vonage?
Vonage is a revolutionary new phone service that uses your broadband Internet connection. If you have a broadband Internet connection, Vonage can relay your voice over the Internet using a regular phone and a phone adapter. This is a technology known as VoIP. Click to learn more about VoIP.

All you need is a broadband connection (such as DSL or Cable) an Ethernet router with a spare port and a regular corded or cordless touchtone phone. We provide a free phone adapter when you sign up for service through Vonage. If you have Ethernet modem but don’t have a router than for a small extra cost take advantage of our phone adapter with built in router. If you are an ADSL customer and only have a USB modem then this will need to be replaced with an ADSL modem/router. Does Vonage offer access to 999 emergency services?
Yes, Vonage offers access to emergency services through our 999 / 112 Emergency Services Feature. This service is different from traditional 999 services, in that you will be asked for your location.
